Provided by YPmobileMy experience at the Banfield Sterling has never been anything but pleasant. I have been a client for 5 years. Aside from feeling that my 2 dogs and 2 cats are always in the best of care, surrounded by competent and dedicated people, the staff blows mind.
The place is always very busy, in my opinion that's a testament to how good the care given there truly is, but Dr. Megan Dolese and Dr. Megan Kilduff are top notch vets. Never have I asked a question/concern that wasn't met with education and honesty. It takes special people to do what they do every day, so singing their praise is the least I can do. I also want to take a moment to mention the support staff as well. The nurses are all very knowledgeable and fill me with great confidence. My most recent nurses name was Shelby, and aside from her competence and knowledge of her job, she was an absolute joy to work with. My pets liked her very much. And finally the woman at the front desk, or shall I say "super woman", never ceases to amazing me. I've never seen someone multitask at the level at which she does, all with having a great way with both people and animals. Bethany is always cheery, professional and extremely efficient. Banfield, she's a keeper!!! I'm proud to be a client at the Banfield Sterling and I regularly refer them to my friends and family.

Provided by YP.comThis Pet Hospital is no longer a good place to take your pet. The original staff of Vets has been replaced with very inexperienced ( 1-2 years) vets.
Dr Ward Licensed 11 months
Dr Stowell Licensed 22 months
If your pets require more than routine care this hospital does not have the clinical experience or diagnostic capability to care for your pet properly.
Banfield is convenient and quick but the pricing has gone through the roof. An injection of nausea medicine was $71 at banfield (w/10% discount for WP) and only $41 at the emergency hospital. The endless barage of upselling , (ie $25 bendryl shot when getting rabies vac "just in case") really diminishes any feeling that they care about your pet. Really it is your wallet that they care about.
Do your pet and yourself a favor and find an experienced local vet.
