I live in the Edgewater complex in Reston. When my AC compressor failed last month, I thought I was going to be held hostage by one of the large Heating / AC companies. I called 3 places to give me estimates on a new system. Fortunately, one of them was Air 1. Their response time was quick, their servicemen were polite and professional, and the cost was substantially below the larger competitors.‎

This company may have a "SuperGuarantee," but I won't be testing it. Unfortunately, they failed to arrive on time for the initial consultation / estimate appointment, and demonstrated a lack of dependability that isn't acceptable for my plumbing job needs. Customer service (and just basic courtesy) dictates that customers should receive a telephone call if the service provider is going to be late or miss an appointment. I called when no one had yet to arrive 15 minutes after the appointment time. I was notified that they hadn't left their previous job yet, and that it would be at least another 30 minutes until they got to my home. I too however have a job that I was taking time away from to make this appointment, and I couldn't double my time away just because Air 1 couldn't arrive on time. Bottom line: Air 1 crashed and burned for me... and they lost my business.
