We have moved several times and always used Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. We have purchased levolor cellular and mini blinds. We have also purchased a lot of Thibaut wallpaper . They have the best prices and service. We also receive our blinds and wallpaper very quickly. We like that it is a family owned business. One time we had an issue with our wallpaper order and they fixed it right away with no questions asked. Doesn't get much better than this. We have used several other on-line sellers of blinds and wallpaper but no one has better pricing or service.

Start to finish, we had such a pleasant experience getting our blinds through Steve's!
We recently moved into a new house, and needed to cover over 20 windows. To start, we ordered the free samples as we are new to the blind ordering process. There were so many options for styles and colors (a great problem to have), but the samples allowed us to know exactly what we were ordering. We ended up getting Shutters, cordless cellular shades, and woven woods.
The ordering process can be a bit overwhelming, but the website walked through all the options and descriptions/recommendations for each scenario. They also have some helpful tools to stay organized. We were able to label each room as we went, this made life easier when boxes started piling up on the front porch. The cordless cellular and woven woods arrived first and early! We were going to enlist an installer for the job, but they ended up being really easy to hang and all the parts came labeled. My fiancee was worried about the quality of a cordless blind, but the "Steve's Exclusives" are sturdy and retract beautifully. The shutters came a little bit after and were even easier to install than the others! They are great quality, and we had numerous people comment on how well they were packaged for shipment! All the windows look great!
When you're moving into a new house, dealing with blinds is the last headache you want to have. We will definitely be referring customers in our new construction neighborhood!

We purchased both blinds and wallpaper from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. We saved over $800 compared to Home Depot for the exact same blinds. We received everything within a week of ordering. It is very rare these days to find a company that lives up to all of their hype. I highly recommend this company.

Over the past 8 years we have moved 3 times and each time we have purchased all of our blinds from Steve's Blinds. We always shop the competition but Steve's blows them all away not only with their prices but their service is fantastic. Their folks are very knowledgeable about all kinds of blinds. We had a couple of small issues with a few of the blinds we received and Steve's just shipped us new blinds without any questions asked. I do not usually give out 5 star ratings but in this case Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper definitely has earned it.

We purchased a whole house of blinds from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. We were going to order Levolor Blinds but we found basically the same blinds in Steve's Exclusive Collection for 1/2 the cost. We ordered free samples to make sure the color would match our paint and wallpaper. We received all of our blinds within 7 days. We installed them without any issues and the fil perfectly. We have some other levolor blinds in our home...The quality of Steve's Blinds is as good if not better than the levolor blinds. We are so happy with our blinds. Highly recommend them to anyone considering buying blinds.

Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper has the best selection of wallpaper. We love to wallpaper but it is usually so expensive especially for the good stuff. Our daughter used Steve's and told us about their website. I have been looking at some Thibaut wallpaper at our local design center but it is so expensive - we just couldn't afford it. When we went to Steve's website we found that they had a bunch of Thibaut Clearance wallpaper. We called and they said it was all first quality and that they bought out a bunch of older Thibaut patterns directly from Thibaut. Thibaut's price was over $100 per double roll. Steve's price was just $19.99 per double roll. Too good to be true. We bought some for our powder room to give it a try. It came within 3 days and it was all in the original packaging. We installed it that night and it is beautiful. With a deal this good we ended up buying more Thibaut wallpaper for 3 of our bedrooms and our dinning room. It all looks just great. We are so thrilled with our purchase. Thank you Steve's Blinds and Walllpaper. I am recommending you to all of my friends.

Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper has the best prices and great service. We have made 4 separate purchases from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper over the past 5 years. Their staff is extremely polite, friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable. The quality of the blinds we ordered have been very good. We had an issue with one of our blinds and they shipped out a replacement with no questions asked. We would highly recommend them!

I had a misfortune to order standard pleated shades from this company. Big mistake. The shades were supposed to ship in 3-5 days. It turns out more like 3-4 weeks, if I'm lucky. Their rather condescending customer service told me "large" shades may take "longer" to manufacture (it's a standard apartment window.) Should've made it known at the time of the order, no? Finally, after two weeks of waiting I was told there's a backlog and it "might" take yet another week. And they are NOT SURE if they can issue a refund! Deceptive advertisement, unacceptable business practices and inferior customer service. I am going to file a complaint with BBB against this company.

We are huge fans of Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. We have ordered from them several times. A couple of times on their website and most recently because we moved to Michigan we took advantage of their free shop at home service. Everyone we deal with is very professional...they are knowledgeable and really seem to go the extra mile to make things as easy as possible for us. We always order Steve's own house brand because the quality is just as good as levolor or hunter douglas but a whole lot less money. Also the guarantee it for life. We put them to the test recently. We purchased some blinds from them 6 years ago and had an issue with it raising up and down. They immediately sent us a replacement blind - no questions asked. Just knowing that there is really a Steve gives me a good feeling that in the event I ever have an issue that they give me trouble with i know I can always go to the guy the top. You cannot go wrong with this company.

We recently moved to Michigan and decided to call Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper to have a window specialist come to our home to measure and show us samples of blinds. They sent Sandi out to our home - for a free in home consultation. She measured all of our windows and shows us a ton of different samples. We usually order all the same blind for our windows. But this time because Sandi made things so easy we decided to use different types of blinds for each room. We ended up with some woven wood shades, cellular shades and roller screen shades. They were delievered within 10 days and there installer Bill came out and installed them. They fit perfectly and we are so so happy that we did different blinds for each room. When I walk through my house I feel like I am looking at room scenes from better Homes & Gardens. The service was excellent and quality are excellent - and nobody came close to Steve's Price. Thanks Steve.

This is the 3rd time we have had Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper come out to our home to assist us with window treatments. This time we were doing all the windows in our lower level and theater room. Their salesperson that came to our house was incredibly knowledgeable. She spent several hours and went through room by room and we worked together to determine the best blinds for each room. As usual the blinds came very quickly and the quality is top notch. Everyone at Steve's is so knowledgeable and friendly. And their prices cannot be beat. We had several other companies out because I am a penny pincher and Steve's beat JC Penney, Costco and Budget Blinds prices all by at least $400. Thanks Steve for my beautiful blinds.

Horrible service, Very unorganized- I placed an order at the showroom in Sterling Heights for Steve’s Collection of Blinds and when I called to check the status a week later I was told the blinds I ordered were discontinued and I needed to reselect. (Week 1) I reselected new blinds from the blinds I was shown and told that they were in the same collection. I came in to inquire about another two final blinds I needed to order, and was told my initial order wasn’t even placed. The next day I contacted the person who placed my order and was told that the blinds I selected were more money and needed to pay an additional $800. I asked for my money back because I found the same style somewhere else at a reasonable price. I had to talk to literally 5 different people who all said they would call me back, none of which did. The last person told me they would get to the bottom and make sure the VP approves my return. I never got a call or Blinds or a Return. I had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute to get my money back. Stay away from there showroom they are concerned with there online sales only and are very very un- organized. Quick to take my Money and delayed every way possible to give me my money back.

We recently decided to remodel our home that we have lived in for 15 years. We had no idea what to do with all of our windows. We wanted each room to have its own character. We call Steve’s Blinds and Wallpapers and scheduled a shop at home appointment. Sandi came out with samples and her tape measure. She is extremely knowledgeable about all different type of blinds as well as shutters and draperies. She must have spent 2 ½ hours going through each room with me – showing me samples – measuring, etc….We ended up purchasing plantation shutters, faux wood blinds and cellular shades. She also did a couple of cornices. The most amazing part is not only did she come out and provide all this information free of charge but Steve’s Blinds prices crushed Budget Blinds prices as well as we even got some prices from Home Depot – and Steve’s was still lower by about $750!! The installer that came out was extremely courteous, clean and proficient. We just love our new window treatments and I think the world of Steve’s Blinds and Sandi.

We love Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. We purchased a new home 2 years ago and have made 7 to 8 different purchases from Steve's. We bought all of our wallpaper and blinds for the entire house over the past year and half. They have the greatest website - so many choices - but more importantly their prices are out of this world. We saved so much money. I even received a call from Steve himself asking me how we liked our blinds and wallpaper. Can you believe it? There really is a Steve! We have recommended them to all of our family and friends.

Do not order online!! Make sure you call and speak to a representative and have them walk you through the measuring process. It is not clear. My blinds were 3 inches too short because they count the mounting valance as part of the measurement. Since I started my order online, they told me that I should have known this and should have read their website more carefully. They have a scripted response to this and it appeared obvious that this problem was something they were used to dealing with and were not willing to rectify. Additionally, I ordered the blinds in April and didn't install until August, so, I was outside of the 30 day warranty (of which I was not informed, in fact, I was informed that there was no warranty).



The mounts and the slats were okay. The fabric appears quite cheap. Frankly, for $2000, I expected better quality and better customer service. I'll sew a bunting on the bottom to cover the problem and it will look okay, but I'm not at all pleased with the high pressure sales (I would have gotten the same price had I ordered close to the install date vs. the "one time only" deal I got in April), and the mock concern for the issue that was made out to be entirely my fault.



Again, make sure you speak with someone and have them WALK YOU THROUGH the measurements.

I've purchased wallpaper and blinds from Steve's over the past 2 years and am highly satisfied with all of it. It's very convenient to be able to order these types of products online with such ease. Their products and friendly and knowledgeable customer service people are great!

My husband and I went to Lowes and Home Depot as well as to JC Penney's. We either couldn't find anyone in the blinds department to help us and when we did they didn't know much about the blinds themselves. It was an extremely frustrating shopping experience. I then thought I would see what I could find on-line. We came across Steve's Blinds website. We were looking for the roller screen shades that has little pinholes in them which allows light to come in but still have your privacy. We were very confused about the different percentages of openness. When we got to Steve's we started a chat session and the person on the other end was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She then took the time to explain to us on how to measure ourselves. It was really easy. Based upon her suggestion we ordered some free sample swatches from them which arrived within a couple of days. We ended up order blinds for our entire home - and they all came out great! I was so hesitant about order on-line but Steve's couldn't have made it easier and we saved a whole bunch of money in the process. Steve's is now our place for blinds.

I bought all my shades for my mew home and love the way they look. Using Steve's was easy and I thought had great prices. I recommended Steve's to my friend and she bought all her blinds here as well.

I have order both blinds and wallpaper from Steves Blinds and Wallpaper on 5 different occassions over the past 4 years. Each time they always had the lowest price and their employees were always very nice and extremely knowledgeable. One time I had a damaged blind and without hesitation they shipped me out a new blind without any questions. What a great company. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

We just finished installing our Levolor Cordless blinds that we purchased from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper. They are great! They came the same week we ordered them and they all fit perfect. We were going to order Hunter Douglas Duettes but the Levolor Cellular shades were so much less expensive and the quality seems great. The color of the fabric is so vivid and I love that there are no cords hanging down from the blinds. Steve's was running a special promotion where the cordless feature was free. I am just so happy with the service, quality and price from Steve's Blinds. I highly recommend them.
