Excellent service! Preformed the work after I told them I was 75$ short & told me not to worry about.

We broke down with our truck and mike had his techs work late to get us up and running . We will be sending all of our work to his shop.

I took my car to Brakes Xpress and More because I know nothing about cars except that I want mine to run. I do maintenance, but I am not good with repairs. They took the time to explain my car problem and gave me a fair price as I price checked the same repair at other places.

Unfortunately I have to give Brakes Xpress and more the least amount of stars possible. I took my 98 S10 to their shop for a fuel pump, I was promised an OEM part from the get go. Hours later they call and say it will be $100 more for the OEM part, I told them that was unacceptable. They agreed to put the promised OEM part in my truck. This was in January 2014, fast forward to July 2015 just shortly after the warranty was up my pump went out again. Instead of taking it back to the shop since they tried to scam me once I had a friend remove the pump for me only to find out they DID NOT give me the promised OEM part. I have called Brakes Xpress multiple times regarding the issue over the past week and have yet to receive a return phone call. Needless to say I would NOT recommend this company to anyone EVER!! In the mean time while I am waiting for my return phone call from them I have put calls into Fox 2 problem solvers, the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.

Be weary and listen well because Rob is an excellent up seller. The Brake job Group-on is for "$59 for brake pads or shoes with installation and a lifetime warranty". If you switch up to the ceramic, which the price board says is $10 more, you end up paying for the $50 installation charge. He did discounted the oil change. I almost got the tire bait and switch, where I was about to get a cheap $60 tire for $5 less than the "good" tires because they were "out of the them". The mechanical work seems fine. Be careful of the downsides of the up selling and know what your alternatives are. Oh, and it took 4 hours for a brake job and new tires.

The absolute worst place to take your vehicle crazy paint fumes like they painting cars or something the owner mike lied about the warranty and guaranty. they get you in the door and sell you a dream I will never ever go there again and you shouldnt neither.

I went to brakes xpress to get some work done to my car and they did a wonderful job. They did what I wanted and in a very timely manner. The services I wanted got done real quick and an awesome job was done. Mike the owner is a very helpful person. He will tell you what your car needs and not rip you off. I tell all my friends and family to go visit brakes xpress if they need something done to their car. There is no better place to go then brakes xpress. If you want reliable work done to your car and have it done quickly and efficiently I highly recommend that you go here. They always have offers going so they are very reasonable when it comes to paying. You will get what you want done without spending a fortune. Overall best place in town to get something fixed on your car and good service and friendly employees.

Just wanted to say that I had excellent service at the Brakes Xpress Goodyear on VanDye at 19 1/2 Mile rd. They replaced my tires and rotors in no time flat and the prices were so much cheaper than everyone else. The mechanics and people that work there are very friendly and I would highly recommend this place to my firends and family.

My 2004 taurus was a mess!!! It was going to cost me a ton of cash to get my car fixed. I was told that the compressor on my air conditioner was bad and the clutch was making so much noise and it was frozen. I was afraid the belt was going to break and leave me in the cold. I went to brakes xpress and Mike & Rick fixed it up for me. They did an awesome job at a great price. The motor runs so quiet that I cannot always tell if it is on and since before I went there you could hear me coming a mile away, this was a great improvement in itself. Brakes Xpress works miracles and gets you running!!!

I went to this shop for some much needed brake work. I dealt with Mike and was very impressed with how quick my car was done and how friendly they were. Will definitely be back!

They will tell you anything to get the sale. They went as far as telling me if I got the brakes they'd throw in a free service for something else the car needed. They didn't do it. After I paid they said "The guy who does that had the flu". Whatever!

The shop constantly tells customers "we are still waiting for the part to be shipped." A good business would not constantly make such a lame statement. When you call and ask if the part was delivered yet, they will tell you "yes"; however when you drop off the vehicle and wait a day or two, then they will tell you "Oh, the part was not delivered. We are still waiting for it to be shipped to us!" A good business would find a better more reliable parts supplier and not give business to those suppliers that cannot deliver in a timely manner. In today's society where items can be shipped and deliverer overnight, no customer should every have to wait more than 3 days for a small part to be shipped, let alone 30 days! This shop gives a run-around to customers, by giving lame excuses for not properly completing jobs. I have dealt with other out-of-my-way shops and never had such a hard-time getting my vehicle fixed! This shop needs to stop giving out lame excuses and instead fix the vehicles that come in.

I went to a lot of shop for years I stop in to brakes xpress I have to tell you these guys have the best price in town i will be back.

I was new in town and looking for a good repair place. I must have went to 20 differnt shops. I came across brakesxpress goodyear in sterling hgts. This place was fantastic! Not only was there prices fair there service was outstanding!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a good honist repair shop. I cant say enouph about how much they cared about me not only as a costomer but as a person. They also back there brakes with a lifetime warranty. What auto shop dose that. One that stands by there work. Go see them!!! you will be happy.
