Extremely punctual. I called last minute, they told me the quickest time in which they could get me, and were there 5 minutes before. Very nice man.Pretty sure he was the owner of the company. I respect people higher up out there doing the same work as their associates. Seemed to love and care about his company. Well kept, clean vehicle. I wish EZ Way luck. I see myself using them again.
