I stumbled upon their Harrisonburg location a year ago and loved the customer service. I dropped into their Staunton location just to pick up some supplies and was blown away. I struck up a conversation with Brandon and he led me to what is now my favorite mod. Unlike a lot of other stores he didn't try to sell me on the most expensive thing they had or try to convince me that I needed to blow the biggest clouds possible. Thanks to the great service of this chain I've been cigarette free for over a year. They always have the answers to any questions I've had and have been very professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking about quitting smoking.
