Wonderful, friendly service by lovely people. #Good Service

I ordered flowers over the phone for delivery to my daughter's home when her childhood friend passed. I was unable to visit the shop or a floral website to pick out what I wanted as I was on the road for business. Instead, I described my daughter's personality to Tom, the designer and asked him to pick out a vase that she would love and design an arrangement specifically for her. When she called to thank me, she was shocked to hear I didn't pick out the vase or flowers as they were so perfectly her. I'm thrilled he took the time to listen and did such a beautiful job of making a very difficult time for my daughter a little easier to bear. I will definitely use them again!!!
