Ahh never mind the other review. This store is fine. Great sales & deals. The employees are helpful

This a new store with poor service. Store is already junky looking. Every thing is crammed into such a small space. I don't believe a wheelchair could get through the aisles. I do not like the way the registers run across the front of the store. Service is very slow. I have been in this store a few times and check out is awful. Never enough cashiers. I waited almost 15 minutes today because some lady decided that she wanted to chat and discuss scrapbooking at checkout.Then she has to dig out her checkbook and that's another 5 minutes. Cashiers are slow. Very small selection of yarns and cross stitch items. Not impressed. I understand that customer service is your number one priority but speed needs to factor in there somewhere...
