Excellent service....I called in Jan 5 around 7:30 am and they returned my call quickly. Mind you it was 9 degrees outside and they were swamped with work. My septic had backed up 2 weeks prior to this and I thought I had fixed the problem. Well after my basement had flooded on 3 different occasions sence the pump....it was time to call someone. Had one company come out and did nothing and was going to charge me 158 dollars for nothing. The technician that came out today from Doctor Drain was Tyler and had a awesome attitude. We went over the problems and it was all taken care of in about a hour. He cleaned my drain, reinstalled my toilet and shower drain and cleaned up very nicely. It's hard to find honest and fair people anymore and with this company you can guarantee they are. Their price was very very reasonable. I'm a big review nut lol and I feel when you have great service it needs to be told to help others. Thanks again Tyler and Doctor Drain for your services today...I really appreciate it!
