I bought a sofa and couch, 3800.00 dollar. leather. THEY SAID THAT FRAME WAS GUARANTEEDE 5 YEARS. The Frame and springs are falling apart, leather splitting..CALLED them and they told me that the furniture company only cover 1 year. AND I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE IT FIXED, THEY WELL SUPPLY THE PARTS. But I have to bring the sofa, couch to them. Everything they told me when I bought it WAS a bunch of Bull Shit. Serial *5914008 style* 875*31 power. Cover* 94021 54021 product date 9/13/16. NOT EVEN 2 YEARS OLD. I do have pictures, and the original receipt. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED STORE, WHAT THAT TELL YOU ABOUT THIS STORE,,,

This company sells bad couches and does not care when they fall apart and the customer is stuck paying $2,500 for a trashed couch. I brought a Southern Motion couch in March of 2015 and the leather is cracking and pealing, it was made poorly so the arm is falling down and the leather is being pulled. Buyers beaware!!!! The only thing they will do is give me a 50% credit... Why would i want to spend more money on a couch thats going to fall apart!!!!??!?
