He would rarely return a phone call or a text. Example, he would say that the next part would be overnighted & he said he would be back on Thursday morning. So that afternoon I would contact him to find out what was going on, why didn't he show & I would get no response back. This happened a few times. He was to my house 5 different times to fix it, trying different parts as Samsung would send them. We had bought a new washer and it was all hooked up, one time he forgot to put the drain hose back in to the drain. You can imagine the mess that caused, then yesterday he was here, & he ran the washer through its tests, & all came back that washer was good. My husband pointed out to him that the drawer for the soap/fabric softener was not in correct, & he said it didn't matter, & then he left. I did a load of towels in the washer he had been working on & none of the laundry soap or fabric softener went in the washer. I contacted him & he never responded. I would never hire him ever again.
