BAD, BAD, BAD VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I received a coupon from the salvation army after hurricane sandy. Before I purchased my furniture, I asked if the height of the chairs were too short, would I be able to return them. Vinny (don't trust him) went back on his word. He told me that I could and he would work with me, but there would be a 20% restocking fee. When I received chairs they were too short. I called the store and spoke to Vinny and he said he would have to speak to his boss. He gave me the run around for a couple of weeks. I brought the chairs to the store and he said he did not speak to his boss yet so he could not take them back. Finally he said that I could not return them because the manufacturer would not accept them back and he would lose money and there was no room in the store for him to keep them there.
