Please be aware when reading these website reviews. There have been several erroneous, bad reviews, that we believe were posted by a former employee out to ruin our reputation. These reviews have been removed repeatedly, but they are often reposted. They are clearly fictitious and very dramatic, and they are posted under the names of Marie G. (or MARIE GIGLIOTTA), Anthony P. (or VIVA PASSERELLI, Georgi Z., and Petr T or PT. We have three locations on Staten Island. Staten Island Monuments, is the parent company of: Artist's Memorial Monuments, Moravian Monuments and Resurrection Monuments. We own no other companies. We were given the wrong stone with the wrong art. We were poorly mistreated and I became so mad that I went online myself. My younger step brother was a police detective for over 30 years. We all loved him so much. He was a good father & husband, and as my step-brother, I could count on anything for him. When he died, all of us, including his wife and 2 teenage kids were totally devastated. We chose Staten Island Monuments to do the stone. We found out later that Staten Island Monuments is some company with something like 15 different business names including Artists Memorial Monuments, Staten Island Monuments, Moravian Monuments, and others. If I checked them out first, I would have had the family walk right out the door. They gave us a stone with the wrong artwork on it and would give us no money back. The owner refused to return our calls. These guys are shady and are more interested in their other businesses than in their customers.
