Italianissimo Restaurant is under new management, Chef Franco is sole proprietor and his great cooking skills will give you that experience you'll always want in a good restaurant. All those stories about rude owners and other complaints are not describing this hidden gem, one of the best places to eat in Staten Island. Great wine selection, early bird menus and awesome appetizers.

Perfect. We were a group of 14 (ages 5 thru 70). The food was authentic starting with the olive oil w/roasted garlic to dip the bread in all the way thru dinner to the desserts. There were almost as many specials as there was on the daily menu. Did I mention how good the food tasted? We had appetizers, salad a main course and some of us had desserts. Have my group barely touched their main course being so full from the appetizers and salad. The service was phenominal. The water glasses barely were half full when someone came around to fill them up. Clean plates, and silverware with each course and chilled plates with the the ceasars salad. The dinner could not have been better.
