I needed to get some exercise but had no desire to go to a gym and work out with machines. I tried Island Martial Arts and found the work outs to be as good if not better than working out in a gym. The instructors are knowledgable about Martial Arts as well as giving a good work out. The classes keep me motivated to continue my training. Aside from the exercise I am also getting self defense training.
