I've sold them two of my very old iPhones and an old MacBook 2013. It was very easy and the payment was prompt. Not much, you don't become a millionaire, but where else can you get money for a ten-years-old computer and an iPhone 4 and 5C?

I absolutely LOVE iGotOffer!! I had to get rid of my old phone and they were able to pay me a great amount for something I wasn’t using anymore. Communication and service was super friendly and helpful. I sent my phone in and got my payment really fast. The whole experience was fast and super positive and I will definitely be using them again! Thank you!!!

iGotOffer.com indicates on their site that they cover insurance for the free shipping they offer. To ensure my item was covered, I brought it to a UPS Store to have it properly packaged and shipped. Item was damaged in shipment. Offer reduced by 70%, then rescinded altogether. Neither iGotOffer.com, the UPS Store, nor UPS will take responsibility for the issue, leaving me out hundreds of dollars. Disgraceful that I am given the run-around for weeks with the end result being that all the companies are made whole and I get screwed.
