THE OWNER AND HIS STAFF WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO REPLACE THE FLOWERS THAT WERE SENT BY MY FRIEND TO ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY. A NEIGHBOR TOOK THEM IN AND FORGOT TO GIVE THEM TO ME AND WENT AWAY - WHEN HE GOT BACK HE GAVE THEM TO ME AND THEY WERE DEAD AND SMELLED AND THEY WERE AWFUL - I GOT THEM 11 DAYS LATER - I CALLED THE FLORSIT UP AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY REPLACED THE FLOWERS WITH A BEAUTIFUL ASSORTMENT OF A VERY VIBRANT ARRANGEMENT - THAT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND - I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT AND WOULD RECCOMMEND THEM TO ALL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING.

This Florist is the BEST! I think the bad review must've been written by a competing neighborhood florist owner, because I swear by this florist. The quality of the flowers and prices given are outstanding. Flowers are always gorgeous, last so very long, and very reasonable. What more could one ask for? I will bring my business no where else!!!!!!

I just had my wedding on 11/11/11 and Eltingville Florist did an amazing job with my flowers. A good friend of mine said, "You must of spent a fortune on the flowers." She couldn't believe how reasonably priced everything was when I told her the actual cost. We worked with Steven and he was so nice and accommodating. Before going with there services I checked out several other florists on Staten Island and had asked many people for recommendations. I only heard positive things about Eltingville Florist and they are all true. My flowers looked amazing in person and in pictures. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
