East Meets West Store

Went to this store today to return a dragon I purchased for Father’s Day. The return went smooth enough but when I asked the worker Kaitlyn to check if it works because the other one did not her response to me was she only makes minimum wage there and that she’s not going to go buy batteries to check if it works or not. I’ve been buying at this store for many years now and have never encountered such a rude and nasty worker as this young lady. In a store that is known for its calming and comforting rituals, this girl definitely does not belong. She’s better off working in a McDonald’s or some fast food service where she doesn’t have such interactions with the customers. I am truly disappointed in today’s encounter at this store.
