Great service, great staff, and great haircuts. I have been a loyal customer for about 25 years and there's never a second thought about making my next appointment. I highly recommend this salon.

ALL OF THE HAIRDRESSERS ARE COURTEOUS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I LOVE MY CUT AND COLOR EVERY TIME. EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY GOES TO CHRYSALIS. WE HAVE BEEN CLIENTS FOR 20 YEARS. THEY KEEP UP WITH NEW TRENDS AND ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU LOOK GOOD AND ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

I've been going to Drew for years. Always happy when I leave.The staff is courteous and professional but lots of fun. Matt is my favorite colorist. I trust their judgement at all times. Every 5 weeks I feel like I'm going on vacation!

I went in not feeling so good about my appearance, i left with a cut color and highlights, feeling like a million dollars and a renewed confidence from all the compliments, from staff as well as the clientele!!!! Went to this salon today after passing it, oh for at least as long as I could remember.It turns out to be that passing it by all these years was a bad thing for me.I went in today for high lights and a hair cut and what a beautiful job.I was serviced by Mona and have high praise for her.She did a PERFECT JOB.Everyone was very professional and extremely nice .This is the kind of salon I would recommend to everyone that I know.Thanks for the beautiful color and lights Michelle

I would recommend this salon to anyone. The people are friendly, they know what they are doing and prices are very resonable. I have been a regular customer for 5 years and when I find a place I like I stay with them. It's so hard to get a good cut that doesn't kill your pocketbook. I really love this place and the facials are great and the waxing is fast so you barely feel anything.

I have been going to Chrysalis for quite some time , not only are the hair treatments , coloring , highlights and cuts awesome , they have a full line of beauty products . The whole atmosphere is like going to a spa in the neighborhood with massage ,facials, waxing and everything you need to feel beautiful . The staff is friendly and honest and everyone makes you feel like it is your home away from home . I've been getting my hair cut by Carol-Ann at Chrysalis for over 20 years. The staff is fabulous and my cuts are superb. I work in Manhattan and love it when the office girls compliment me on a new cut - assuming it was done in the city. It's sometimes difficult to get a last minute appointment and I'm working on making Carol Ann love a natural gray-head, but in every other way, it's a fabulous salon experience. I was given a gift certificate and the visit to Chrysalis was the best ever. Everyone is warm and friendly. This salon is for everyone not just women. Makes a great gift. Want to do something nice for a loved one, send them to Chrysalis. I did the Day of Beauty and loved every minute of it.
