this restaurant truly has a quaint old school atmosphere. The food is straight up authentic Italian cuisine with many staple dished and many more that you wont find in other places..Just about all the pasta (macaroni) is home-made. the service was right on point and the prices are very reasonable. The owner makes it his business to come by and say hello to every table. If you are looking for outstanding food and service this is a must visit.

A local favorite and highly recommended Italian restaurant. Staff, food, and service = Excellent, Excellent, and Excellent. As the oldest restaurant on Staten Island, NY, Basilio's knows how to treat and serve their guests well. Keep doing what you are already doing well; we will be back for another dining visit.
