Provided by YP.comDidn't service what they sell -- incorrectly wired a heat pump as part of a $28,000 job. Called for 5 months trying to get them to come out and fix the problem. Finally called in the regional service manager for the unit manufacturer. Norris showed up the night before to fix the problem. No follow-up maintenance as promised. Heat pump broke after 2 years of service -- had to called another HVAC firm to get it fixed. Done with Norris.
