I had to get some work done on my kids car. I'm not even in the same area so I had to rely on some instincts and just talking to the guy. Randy was sounded very knowlegeable over the phone, not intimidating. I described the problem, he told me what day to bring it to the shop. He was upfront on what he believed the issue to be without seeing everything. Turns out he did have to do a good bit of work which I already knew. It was a very Fair price and he kept me updated. My daughter says when she picked it up they were very nice and no intimidating car talk. I would highly recommend because of my experience. Beats the heck out of the "Dealership" robbery.

Given great service. They called with estimate and was able to do the repair for less than estimate given. Very professional staff. Will do business again.
