I am very very upset went to dollar power store yesterday and bought shower curtain set and bath mat My husband did not like the color. I did not even open the package and went to return it today. I was told I could only get a store credit even though I paid cash. The man at the counter pointed to a sign about 10 feet up the wall behind the counter and said there was a sign on the door. Well I dont know anyone that looks up way above their head to read a sign and the fron door was propped open because it was such a nice day. Also I did not get a gift card but a hand written credit on the back of my reciept. So very disappointed with the customer service. I feel like I lost $18.17 because of the service I dont think I will go back there. If it makes any difference I work in the same shopping plaza and will make sure to tell everyone. You want a star rating but I think one star is too much.
