I like Keough's. I have been shopping there for years. The prices are ok and I like supporting a local business rather than a big box store. I have not had trouble returning items but like the previous reviewer stated, some items may not be eligible for return. My review is only 3 stars because... I went there today and was disgusted by their pantry moth infestation problem. I've seen other similar stores with mild infestations but these buggers were swarming all around the store. I thought one might hitch a ride on my back to come home with me after flying in my face. I would avoid buying bird seed or other seeds until they get this under control. Or store your seed outside. You don't want them infesting your home!

Over-priced and they know how to take advantage of people during emergency storm situations. This is why so many people shop at Home Depot's, Lowes and Sears. Keough's apparently has a NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY which wasn't noted on a receipt anywhere when you purchase something during a crisis. The box was UNOPENED....obviously never used and returned within 48 hours. How can you trust a store that changes their return policy so they can make more money off of you??!! Buyers beware of this store that has been around for 40 years because they have ripping off so many people in Stamford and Ridgefield!
