It's not even worth a One star. This place hires idiot maintenance personnel.

My stay turned into a battle of our needs. The front desk staff did not relay our numerous requested to switch to a smoking room. They even went so far as to tell us there where other guests ahead of us, on our 5th hour of patiently waiting in our hotel room of our 2nd night stay.. You see, we wanted to switch rooms early in the morning and let the clerks know. We called several times and were told we had to wait for the room to be clean. I recall one clerk letting ud know she had other clients to attend to. Then, once we finally were told there was a clean room, it must have been 4pm. The day in our eyes was completly gone. Our new assigned room was for 1 person... We specified over and over, again, it was me and my husband, tring to have a relaxing weekend away from the kids. The room didn't have sufficient towels, soap or coffee cups for 2 people. We became increasingly upset that evening when we noticed we were the only room on the entire floor. The pool looked like it had never been cleaned. It was cloudy and there was a rust stain around the entire parimeter of the pool. There were also broken tiles all around the edges. The tennis courts were ok, but nothing in our eyes made up for the complete lack of courtesey we felt at the front desk. All this plus, finding hairs in our non-smoking room when we first arrived, comes to mean this hotel is a definate do-not-recommend.
