Amazing- the guy running the show here is so honest and super personable. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything extra and he even showed me pictures of his dog. Fast service too- tires in less than 20 minutes. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I came here for emissions testing. Their procedure is really quick and simple. You take a number, wait for your number to be called, and then wait about 10-20 minutes for your car to be serviced.

This place really took care of me when I needed new tires. Got a great deal, and I'm going back for my winter tires.

The best part about this place in my experience is that they don't try to up sell you. Rates (labor and parts) are reasonable in comparison to other chains and usually either they have coupons or will give you a discount. I still go to my neighborhood mechanic for small stuff like fluid flushes etc. but for the bigger jobs like exhaust or brakes Hank May's is my preference.

I rushed over here on 4/1/17 for my emissions testing, after I had been turned down at Firestone at East Main St (0.8 mi away) earlier just because I was running close to the deadline at 1PM (I got there at 12:27PM). At Hank May's they welcomed me and put me in the system just to make sure that I get in before 1PM. It took all but around 15 minutes - including the wait time, and I was out. Hank May's is true to their word that when they close emissions at 1PM, they close it AT THAT TIME, and not 30 minutes before because if they take you in, they MAY have to service you past 1PM.

I have had no problems with this store. I don't feel they have ever over charged and they are timely and friendly to customers.

Excellent service...got oil changed for my 2010 Camry...they were quick and very professional. Fixed the squeaking noise coming for my car without any charge...definitely recommend them.

These guys were nice and honest. I brought my car in to check out a noise that occurred during braking, and after checking it out they told me it was just from the cold weather and that everything was fine. Didn't try to sell me anything and didn't charge me at all.

Chris Duque, John, and everyone over at Hank Mays Auto are the BEST! They got my 10 year old very well loved Rav-4 into shape and I passed Emissions Testing because of their expertise. Hank Mays Auto has a well respected work ethic and I have never been to an Auto place that trued to save you $. You have a customer for life! Most highly recommend!

The process couldn't have been easier. You take a number, and then when they call your number, you pay $20 in cash up front. The day I was there it was a really quick turnaround, only about 10-15 minutes. They have a pretty comfy waiting area, and the clerk was quick and efficient. I got in and out of here with minimal hassle. Thumbs up from me!
