I recently visited Global Times in the Stamford Town Center and purchased a watch.  I have tried to exchange the watch several times and have contacted the owner, Hussain, through an email address ([email protected]) which was provided by an employee.  After several emails and visits, I have not heard back from the manager/owner to address my concerns.

I purchased a watch from Global Times on December 24.  I was fully aware that the product is an imitation name brand watch.  Unfortunately, the watch broke two days later due to being exposed to water.  After carefully reading the packaging and the engraving which both clearly state, waterproof, I was surprised.  When I brought the watch to the location where I purchased it days before, I was told I should have "just known that the waterproof markings on both the packaging and watch were false because I was aware the watch was an imitation."  I stated that without being told that by the sales associate or signage at the store, I would have no way  of knowing that this was the case.  I did not ask for a refund but just to exchange the watch. My request was denied and after much complaint was told to contact the owner/manager.  

As stated above, after many attempts my emails have not been returned and the sales associate will not exchange their product.  

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WASTE OF MONEY!
