Don't even bother wasting your time going to this place. Find another plumbing supply store in the area. Walked in with a valve for an outdoor spigot and before I could even speak the guy looked up from his computer and said can't help you goodbye. Major attitudes wouldn't even guide me on how I could solve the problem just had a major attitude. No help whatsoever. One star only because they don't allow zero.

If there were a no star rating, that's what I'd give them! I had an appointment to meet with Ray to discuss my needs regarding a master bathroom total renovation. I arrived about 5 minutes early only to learn that Ray was not there and would not be returning in the foreseeable future. Obviously he had totally forgotten about the appointment. The receptionist offered to show me around since no one else was there. The other salesperson was out on disability leave! Did I even receive a phone call from Ray apologizing? NO!! Bottom line.....don t waste your time at F.W. Webb as there are other excellent options in Stamford! It s definitely gone downhill since the days of Sachs Plumbing!
