Officially done with the Lake Arrowhead Sam's Pizza. Called in a pickup order for two pizzas at 5:56pm on a Friday evening. They told us they were busy and it would be ready in about 30-40 minutes. Arrived at the store, stood in line for a couple minutes and paid at 6:38. The pizza was not ready but the cashier assured me it should be done in about 10 minutes. Walk in customer directly behind me orders 2 pizzas and is told their order would be done in about 30 minutes . . . . After waiting in the car I go back in at 6:50 only to find my pizza is still not done. Around 7:05 the walk-in behind me gets his pizzas. Mine are finally pulled out of the oven and handed to me at 7:10. The manager says he’s sorry – they’re super busy and things got mixed up. He did offer me a free soda to go with what has always just been mediocre pizza anyway. Sorry, Sam's - me and my family of 8 are done with you. My time and business should mean more to you than a ‘free’ soda (which I declined).

Sam's food is great....but i will never be ordering from them again. On a monday night i ordered food at 7:50pm and my food didnt get to my house till after 9 pm i live 3 minutes from this location...by the time they got here i was already on the phone cancelling my order. Both the driver and manager apologized to me but i was not offered anything for the inconvenience....so i ordered papa johns they where here in 30 min. And i got to order online...
