Potomac Pipe & Plumbing needs to acquire better people skills. When you attempt to resolve an issue with them you will undoubtedly face uncompromising haughtiness, arrogance and insults. As a customer, it is also likely any proposal you make in an effort to achieve a mutually acceptable solution to a problem, will be rejected no matter how fair your proposal may be. In my case, the company even refused to accept my payment for services just to demonstrate the company's viability is not dependent on my patronage as one customer. In fact, I was told to “call someone else if you need this service in the future”.

This gentleman was timely, did good work, and had great prices. I would, and I have, used him again.
