The people are very friendly. They don't talk to each other all the time and ignore you. I get gel nails and they look good for about 3 weeks.

Manicure massage was OK, but the polish was chunky and smeared like my teen may have done them. I would rather do it myself

Went to Lily Nails & Spa a few weeks back for the first time for mani-pedi and eyebrow wax. While the mani- pedi was very good (they even have paraffin for hand and feet) the lady that did my eyebrows totally messed them up! First she took forever to do a simple clean up. When I first told her that, she said Ok, Ok...well she did not understand english at all!! Not even the basics! I demanded to take a look and OMG! I had left only a thin line! I guess she was trying to make them even, but failed.Thats when I told her to stop. If you want to risk your eyebrows then go. I will not go back or recomend the place, since after my complaint to have them fixed I was told they look fine! That's why I give one star.

Clean, modern equipment, reasonable prices, and nice professional staff. I recommend you go here for your pedicures. I haven't had a manicure. They also offer body massages and you pay by the minute.
