There is an associate there named Ashley, she is always delightful. Her demeanor is very cheerful.

Let me tell you something... the general manager here is EXTREMELY rude!! I bought a Michael Kors belt there and when I got it home I noticed it had damage on it; when I took it back to the store to ask if they could do anything about the price the GM said "there's nothing wrong with the belt, once you have it on no one will see it and if you went to a Michael Kors store you would pay a lot more" She also said that it is not there police to do anything about the price if something is damaged, which is completely untrue!! She talked down to me like I was trash and a piece of garbage!! I have NEVER been spoken to that way and I will be calling corporate!!
