Our approach is geared to thoroughly evaluating and then formulating an individualized treatment program, based on each specific patient's dysfunction. This individualized approach may include a combination of specific exercises, treatments focusing on the alleviation of pain and inflammation, as well as the promotion of the overall improved health of our patients. We also believe that educating a patient in his/her condition and implementing self-management techniques and strategies are equally important. Next Step treats non-surgical orthopedic and neurological conditions, offers sports-specific training, provides pre- and post- operative rehabilitation, wound care, vestibular and balance training and work-injury management.* earlier or later appointments are available upon request.
