My girlfriend went into the store to look and purchase something but because they have so many items she was looking, the Chinese person was extremely rude and told her "hey can I help u" she said im just looking and 2 min later said" maam u looked enough get out" he didnt even get out of his seat, he was to busy watching tv. So discusted with this place this complaint is going viral.

I love this place! They have an amazing staff and a huge selection. It's my favorite tobacco and pipe shop ever!
