The owner came over and kept talking about how he's an honest business person (first off, if you have to say it, you're not it). I read online that I could fix my A/C by switching the power off and turn it back on. My stupid mistake that I didn't try it, bc that's what the problem was, and the owner told me it was the capacitor, $140. Thanks for the new piece I guess. Then he decides to tell me that I have zero refrigerant in my A/C, and condescendingly showed me the gauge and acted like he knew what he was talking about in front of my wife. 10 minutes later, we have power. And we have refrigerant now. He made some excuses about the gauge being new (sure). BUT, we are very very low, and we need to get more in there ASAP.



After I told him that we don't want more refrigerant (bc I absolutely don't trust him at this point), he cons my wife into buying behind my back. Then it turns out he doesn't even have it on him.



Wow.

I have never experienced such accuracy and professionalism in any business here in St. Louis, such as this one. After calling several AC and Heating businesses in the yellow pages, this is the only company that came out the same day and quoted me the most reasonable price for a complete air condition system. The company was honest, fast and accurate!!! My new air condition system install was up and running within four hours! Wow... I was so appauled and impressed by this company that I felt compelled to right a review and call the better business bureau to give this company all thumbs up!!! Try this company and you will not be disappointed!!! I think this review says enough because I've never felt so compelled to write one before!!!
