Provided by YP.comI stopped at the drive through pharmacy window with my spouse in the car who had just had orthopedic surgery. I asked the pharmacy tech if under the circumstances, she could fill the pain med script right away. She snapped, "No, I have to check everything and that takes time." For better customer relations, she might have said, "Since this is a narcotic I have to check some things, but I certainly will do my best to do it as quickly as I can." Had she done that, I would not have left angry. This is one star service.
