Went in to cash a payroll check and she over charged me on the fee, when I said something about it she said the charge was because it falls under "other" because the check was an even amount. I said that is not what you're board on the wall says there's a fee for payroll a fee for other it doesn't say anything about the check has to odd or even amount depending on the fee I said this is clearly a payroll check she says oh it doesn't matter it was an even amount so we have to put it under other. I said that's ridiculous! so they are charging people higher fees based whether the check is 00 in the change section or not they're cheating people out of money

We've been going here for years; the staff is friendly and helpful no matter how busy they might be. Fantastic business!

Today i came in ton cash personal check the lady that help was very rude and. Took infomation that was un nessary and did know what she was doing also she wrote down ss number with my consent and. Then got on phone said she had call the corporate to get aproveal for cash check the. Got off phone amd told the check anount is to high . And it says the cash any check with any amount they waste my time and i got check back left but she never gave slip with ss number she wrote without my concent . Not happy i think i find coprate number call complain .
