After scouring the internet for any repair help for my BBQ grill, I happened upon Freeway Propane. I thought it would be a long shot but I called anyway. A man answered the phone and I asked if they service BBQ Grills and he said they did not but asked me to describe the problem. After a quick summary by me, he quickly offered a suggestion that was 1/10th of the cost of the part the manufacturer suggested. I am very pleased with the helpful advice that I was given and the more than fair price that I was quoted. It is nice to know that there are still people and companies out there that are as interested in creating a loyal customer base as they are in making money. Thank You Freeway Propane.

Freeway Propane was a godsend! We were completly getting taken advantage of by our previous propane supplier, and now we are saving tons of money thanks to the very helpful staff at Freeway Propane. They were very kind and helpful and eager to assist us. I would highly recommend Freeway Propane to everyone!!!!

We recently changed over to Freeway Propane from another service. The service was great. The people who delivered the tank and propane were very courteous and helpful. They checked everything in the cabin and made sure all appliances were working properly.

I have never in my life come upon more rude and incompetent people than the employees at Freeway Propane. The secretary, Gaye, SCREAMED at us on the phone and the General Manager, Rich, was not planning on repremanding her. No wonder the service is as poor as it is! I think the Browns should seriously look at their employees's behaviour before they loose a lot of business. We are no longer using their services and would strongly recommend potential customers to look at other companies.
