01/22/09 6 pm. I've lived within walking distance for better than 15 years and I finally decided to give it a go. I called to place an order and the person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. Unhappy at the treatment I received I called back to cancel my order and was hung up on. I will Never spend my money there. Even in the Pizza business it seems prudent to use customer service skills.
