Fantastic service, quick turnaround time, and reliability is all I have to say for David Dischley. Got myself in a few struggling situations this past year and David has been there from beginning to end, I am so Glad I went with David’s services, David was able to drop my felony into a misdemeanor regarding traffic violation charges I was lucky to keep my job and stay out of jail with David’s advice.

Mr. Bose did an outstanding job on a DIP case he represented me on. The prosecutor and officer thought it was an open and shut kind of case. We had a trial and after Mr. Bose put the officer on the hot seat, the judge found me Not Guilty! I was very impressed with his skill level and professionalism, I would recommend his firm to everyone.

When looking to hire Bose make sure you have all the facts before you sign your retainer. I was very disappointed in the transparency of the law firm. My lawyer was switched on me the day before the case with out a prior discussion. My result was good and who knows if it would of been a different outcome if there was a different attorney. Bottom line there are many great law firms out there if you want to feel valued as a client think twice.

Due to David Dischley's advice and negotiations with the prosecutor, my 62/25 reckless driving charge was reduced to a simple speeding ticket (44/25) and a $150 ticket. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome.

This law firm was very helpful! They had a 24 hour line to call, and a person was available to help me when I called at 9pm. They were very responsive, and walked me through the whole process. In court, I was able to get my reckless driving reduced to a "failure to obey highway sign." Very great firm!

I had a reckless ticket 95/70 zone near bristol. I was quite sure that I wasnt driving that fast when the officer pulled me over but unfortunately he believed that I was and cited me for reckless driving. I initially hired a local attorney who assured me ovet the phone that she would be able to take care of it without me being present but on the day of dudgement it seemed that she couldnt fight the case and told me that I was charged guilty with a fine.She also mentioned that the case was over in 3 mins and that indicated to me that she didnt really do anything other than giving a roll call for me.I had to appeal my case in the circuit court and while googling I found Bose Law firm so I decided to speak to them.David Dischely seemed like a knowledgable person and after listning to my situation , he felt that he could fight my case and have it reduced to speeding thereby getting rid of the crimnal record that goes with it. He was quite reasonable with his approach and seemed like a person I could trust.My instinct proved correct during subsequent conversations with him and the law firm . They were quite responsive to any queries I had regarding the case and they tired to even get a bargain before going to the court but unfortunately the prosecutor wasnt in a mood to negotiate.He was probably too much confident about his win. David advised me not to have any fear and be prepared to testify and follow his directions in the court room .It ended being a grueling "3 hr" long session in the court room but David kept coming with different strategies to present his argument and it paid off ! The judge gave me a benefit of doubt and reduced it to speeding. I would higly recommend their law firm to any one who is looking for a sincere/friendly/knowledgeable attorney.

But with regards to my case, I was facing a criminal misdemeanor charge for reckless driving (86/55). Had I been found guilty on this charge, I would've been facing SERIOUS consequences, like having my driving license suspended for 3, 6 or even 12 months, possibly. And there was also the possibility of having to serve some time in JAIL! That, of course, means that I would have a criminal record, which could never be expunged! I came to learn that driving 30 miles over the speed limit in Virginia is no laughing matter. It was certainly a one-time lapse in judgment, but I was not about to make another lapse in judgment by going to court without an excellent lawyer. The consequences were just too severe to risk it. However, Attorney Dischley really allayed my fears, after listening to the circumstances surrounding my case, and reviewing my decent driving record. And when it came down to the day of my court hearing, Mr. Bose represented me in fine fashion. So much so, that that he was able to negotiate a much lesser charge (Improper Driving), which resulted in a $200 fine plus court fees. Consequently, my driving record is still decent, I wasn’t stripped of my driving license, I avoided jail time, and I don’t have a criminal record! I have no doubt that if I tried to represent myself, my experience would not have been as favorable as it was. So do yourself a favor and retain these guys. They will prepare an excellent strategy for you, and exert all of their efforts to get you the best outcome possible.

Dave Dischley successfully argued the charge of Reckless Driving (77/55) to be reduced to Failure to Obey a Highway Sign in Fairfax County in front of Judge. After argument the judge imposed a fine of $150 plus court costs. I have no criminal charges on my record and only a minor traffic infraction! Mr Dischley and Mr Bose saved my life ! I was dealing with a Felony charge that was completely unfair but at the same time the case got too complicated cause I had an attorney who started working on my case but didn't know what she was doing and made my whole case look way worse than it really is in front of the prosecutor and the judge. It was just like if you were trying to fix a tattoo that a bad artist made. Harder than doing it from scratch. The Bose firm was recommended to me because of their expertise in Faquier County. I knew we had great representation when I was told Attorney David J. Dischley was a former prosecutor. Years ago I sat as a juror and was witness to former prosecutor who was brilliant as a defense attorney. Dischley performed equally, and ran circles around the prosecution. Result = CASE DISMISSED!

Bose Law Firm did an excellent work in defending our case. My cousin was initially sentenced to 10 days Jail and $500 fine in General District Court for RD-MISD (Reckless Driving - Generally Misdemeanor). The local lawyer didn't do a great job. So we re-appealed our case in Circuit court and approached BLF. After speaking with David Dishley, we really felt happy based on his experience ,the knowledge on such cases and the way he is going to defend the case. He has done a fantastic job talking to the defense attorney and settling the case for No Jail, No Sentence, $1500 fine and RD-MISD was adjusted to RD-Speeding (which is much better).
