Good Value - Good Service - Bad Reviews? I don't get it!



I have been bringing my dry cleaning and laundering every 3 weeks for the past 3 years. I have been very pleased with their service - always a good experience. Can't beat their discount coupons on top of their already low price. It's not a fancy place and you pay in advance but that how they keep prices down. The people there are polite and friendly. Never saw an upset or complaining customer - ever.

The took a pair of pants to have a zipper replaced. I pick up the pants, and of course the server was not repaired. When asked why the repair was not completed they said they don't do alterations or repairs on garments. Instead they went ahead and clean the pants charged a cheap 249 and said they would not give a refund. When I had the cashier speak with my wife on the phone and I was explaining the situation I was told to shut up and the phone was thrown back at me. Do not go to 249 cleaners.

I wish you I had listened to the other review. I took in 3 suits and three shirts. I got back a suit with holes in it, One suit with wrong pants, and one suit with pants that the material was completely ruined. When I talked to the manager he said "oh, I bet these are brand new right sir" I said "no, but they in fine condition when I left them with you." He walked away and I made sure to let him know exactly how I felt. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CLOTHES WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! This site won't let me give 0 stars but that's the rating I give it. The one star is only for technical reasons!

I can NOT advise you enough, DO NOT NOT NOT NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER.



First off, it's hard to trust a place you have to pay at DROP OFF, I have never paid a dollar for dry cleaning until pick up, after all, they have your garments. But then I realized the reason why they make you pay at drop off....chances are, you will not even get your items back in tact.



This staff is unbelievably disrespectful and incompetent. If you take your clothes there, be ready to receive them back with holes, burns.....that's if you receive them back at all. They honestly could not care any less about their customers, or their customer's property. Go to Victory Cleaners, family owned and your garments will be handled with care.



The employees here are literally the most despicable human beings I have ever come across.
