I have lived in this park for 3 years. In that time one manager has retired and another has taken over. Most maintenance men don't last a year but the current maintenance man is going on 2 years, as the sole maintenance man he is doing a good job. Its a nice friendly community comprised of a diverse group of people,; from young families just starting out to veterans and elderly, neighbors help eachother out and children are safe to play with good supervision from an array of adults. Rent is decently priced. The management team is working to clean up the park. It is my belief that if more people in the community would take pride in their homes and work with management instead of against management lots of things woyld change; homes, yards, and the park would look nice, if people would follow the rules the park wouldn't look so run down.
