It's a damn Ross, alright? It's basically a garage sale for new stuff. It's a good, clean Ross, full of chaos but with some really nice rugs. You get stuff for cheap, but you got to hunt for it and wait in line with people who might be on the verge of a breakup over an $8 hand towel.

First time in since the remodel of the Gateway mall. No one was in line so I went to the counter & the girl asked if I am returning something because I am in the wrong line. I asked where the correct line is & she rudely replied back where the big green sign is. Told he I never saw a sign. She said she would help me there since no one else was in line. The way they have the check out line is stupid. The next day I went back to return a shirt & the same girl was telling a guy about the big green sign where you are supposed to wait in line, although both times I was there no one else was in line. Sales girl was rude & the guy told her he didn't see a green sign & she didn't need to give him an attitude. They need to make their lines much clearer , should not be such a hassle to try to check out
