I had used this company to chlorinate our well water in the past and was pleased with their service. Recently I noticed water above ground near the house. They came and checked it out. The original line from the well had deteriorated. Ron McCarty contacted a company that bored under the house to create an opening for a new line. We talked, and I decided to move the well pump and get a water softener and put them in the garage because the closet area they were in was too small. He worked with the boring company and coordinated everything that needed to be done. There was some electrical that needed to be done also and he took care of it as well. In just a few days everything was done. I can't believe the difference, it's fantastic. We actually have water pressure now! I ran water as he suggested to clear the lines to everything in the house. I did laundry with less soap, and the dishwasher is better too. The price for everything was also very reasonable. I recommend them highly to anyone with problems large or small.

Very unreliable! I needed my water filter replaced, so I called McCarty and they set me up a appointment for between 1 and 2 the next day. So the next day I took off of work about noon to meet them at my house , just in case I got lucky and they showed up early. About 2:30 they still hadnt showed up, or even called me! So I called them. They said they was leaving a appointment and headed to a different appointment all together, and wanted to come the next day. They forgot all about me. I told them I would just call somebody reliable instead. Very unprofessional! It would have took them 15 min to replace my filter. They could of had a customer for life with me, but now Ill never call them again.

Mr. McCarty and his crew, which plumbed my Mom's entire house, were great! They did a wonderful. They were very friendly and courteous. They had to take out all the original plumbing my Dad had put in 60 years ago so it was a bit of a mess and they did a great job of cleaning and carting all that refuse away. The house is now ready for the next 100 years or so maybe longer.....
