My window had been broken into, and I had very little time to get it repaired before I had to be at work. I called them up explained my situation and they told me they could get me in first thing. The repair was super fast, and allowed me to get to work on time. They also did a great job of finding a used window to save me some money. Hopefully I won't have any broken car windows anytime soon, but if I do, I'm certainly going back.
