I have been doing laundry there for over 6 years on a weekly basis. For the most part the employees a friendly and helpful but I can't say that about the owner and her son (who works there). Son is friend but has inappropriate conversations with customers. I know more about his trip to FL and the nudist community and his sexual experiences than any stranger should. As for the owner, she has more drama in her life than I care to know about. My last 2 experiences there has been majorly negative while she was working. One 1 occasion she called me a lier to my face when I informed her that a dryer was not working apparently. She acted like I was trying get a free dry from her. I had changed dry and put my money in. Never once did I ask for anything. I just wanted to be helpful in case something was wrong. On last visit she got hateful when she told me I was over stuffing the washer. I wasn't and upon inspection it wasn't. No apologies. Just hatefuulness. Her mood swings are not worth it
