Ryan's Buffet on South Campbell is out of business. It closed during the weekend of March 6, 2016. This was confirmed by the article: "Springfield Ryan’s shutters amid bankruptcy" published by the Springfield News-Leader March 10, 2016. In it's current location is Mikado's Supreme Buffet which opened November 20, 2017.

Ryan's is one of my wife and my favorite restaurants. Good food ,friendly service ,and reasonable prices make it a two thumbs up. My wife is in a wheelchair and it is easy for her to get around there.

The food is good, and good selection. Salad bar is good. The Bathrooms could use a little help and the Dessert bar has just gone downhill so bad we can't believe it. Messy small little portions of about 4 varieties. We can make rice crispy treats at home! The person working the dessert bar whenever we have been there seems disorganized and helter-skelter dirty pans & bowls everywhere. We go there about 4 times a month or more. Sorry to see the dessert bar down the tube! But- at least the food is pretty good, Wait staff are all friendly & courteous .

went to this ryans a couple weeks ago. food selection and taste had gone downhill from prev. trips several months ago. will not go back . was really a bad meal. had buffet . what little there was to pick from.

Buffet is fresh, hot & good....A clean place to eat
