I have live at Rosewood Village Apt. starting on my 19 year. I feel safe here, I can walk my dogs in the all around and feel safe. If there a problem in the apartments the maintenance are here as soon as they can usely the same day. Always had good manager, and you feel like the really care about you.

Rosewood Village is a very nice, well maintained clean place to live.



The staff is friendly and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy living here.



They have a nice laundry room and a good pool. Very nice place to live.

I have lived at the Rosewood Village for 2 years and I have just renewed my lease. It has a great pool and BBQ area and I really enjoy it in the summer. They keep everything nice and sidewalks are always cleared in the winter time. Our maintenance man Greg does a "GREAT" job. I enjoy the complex.

Excellent apartments. Kind maintenance and prompt responses to emergencies. Located near the campus, and quiet as quiet can be in a calm, quiet surrounding neighborhood. But DO NOT let yourself be victimized here. The manager, whatever her name is, has no respect for human decency. I am an invalid. I spend most of my time indoors. This means that for days at a time I may not leave my apartment, and my vehicle is in the parking lot (which yes, it is legally parked). I come outside to find my vehicle gone, with no trace of it in sight. I go to see if a note was left on my door; nothing. I check my phone calls and voicemails. Nothing. I check my mail. Nothing. Apparently, from the eyes of a neighbor realizing my stress, my vehicle had been towed 2 DAYS AGO. I *still* have yet to receive any notification as to where, when, and why it was towed. No information. Zero. Following another path of hers, an individual living here was not cleaning up after their dog. I understand fining someone for that. But this woman decided itd be more appropriate to let the person know that if they did not pick up after the animal, she would have the dog impounded AND PUT DOWN. Another individual in the same situation with their car has also not been notified in any way as to why their car was towed. We are BOTH STILL WAITING on the reasons, locations, and dates of the removal. I am eagerly awaiting my impounding lot fee and endless disrespect from my wonderful manager. May she live her life with the same life she allows others.
