This used to be a nice place. It is a large and well organized store. Unfortunately they have a new manager who routinely screams at her customers. Yes, screams. The staff seem to always be in tears. It has become an uncomfortable place to shop due to management.

They have a lot to choose from, but some of the locations must have a retailer pricing their items. I have seen USED (and you can tell they were used) prices be at more than 75% of retail prices. What? You can't look at eBay's ASKING prices, you need to see what the items actually SOLD for to get an idea of that stuff's value (I was told they look the prices of some things on eBay and price from there. Someone is not researching properly). Please. Get your prices out of the clouds and MOVE that stuff! (oh and on your quarter sales? Don't go back on your word and re-price everything you don't want to go for 25 cents, especially since some people sit out by the door an hour before you open just to get that one item. Bad bad policy)

Hurtful, horrible

All over a pair of shoes I offered to pay more than marked for they lie to my face.Lee's Summits never made me feel so small. They're not helping vets w/how they treat people. They're heartless towards families! It saddens me to think about the vets.I refused to buy the rest of our items from nor will I EVER again. They got their free stuff from us & were fine w/me leaving in tears. Please choose anywhere else but here if you want to help families.Independence has no right to claim a heart

I could shop anywhere I wanted to including the Battlefield Mall. However, almost all my clothes come from Red Racks Thrift Stores. I always receive many compliments on my clothes. I have noticed their prices have increased. I wish they would consider that all their goods are donated and try to keep the prices down. However, they do have great sales every Sunday, which is when I shop.

Has many clothes. Prices a tad high and difficult to find correct sizes because the clothes are scattered. Not enough clothing for moderately large to extremely large person ( men and women)

Lots of floor space and women's clothing. My complaint is that the sizes of the women's clothing is not clearly marked and that all sizes are mixed in together. At least the men's clothing rack is divided into S,M,L and XL. Wish they would do the same for women's clothing. There are racks and racks of women's pants, but who has the time to search thru every pair looking for their size? Would shop there more if they separated women's clothing into at least the same category as men's - would be so much easier to shop there
