Matt coombs seems to have taken 600$ from a young lady for a bond. Well 100$ is for greene county and it appears that 500$ was for Texas county. Problem is he isn't authorized in that county to write bonds and the bond was rejected. But he kept the $500. If this is all true, it seems to be fraud. Why hasn't queen city returned the money to the young lady? Are they keeping $500 for service that was not rendered? Did they charge for a service they did not provide? If so, then criminal charges should follow and loss of ability to write bonds should happen. It looks like fraud. They can make it right by returning the money if what is alleged is true. If the allegations are true We will see what the character of this business is, or isn't. If true , hold them accountable and revoke license.
